As Executive Vice President of Business Strategy, Lily Hu is responsible for overseeing Crescent’s Business Development team, managing opportunities, and leading the company’s efforts in responding to RFPs for high-profile clients and institutional developers. She also handles relationship management with current and prospective clients, major brands, advisors, and brokers. With her wealth of experience and expertise, Lily plays a crucial role in helping Crescent foster new strategic partnerships and strengthen existing relationships with key industry leaders. Additionally, she contributes to shaping the company’s corporate branding and marketing strategies and serves as a member of the Executive Committee. Lily has been a member of Crescent Hotels & Resorts since 2011.
