A little bit about Brad…

Brad Bloom is a Managing Director in the Commercial Real Estate Finance Group at Citi, where he is actively involved in both the origination and syndication of new financings throughout North America for both CMBS and balance sheet execution. In his current role, he is responsible for managing the pricing, structuring and distribution of all subordinated debt originated by the group. Mr. Bloom has also been involved in the origination, structuring and execution of more than $5 billion in hotel financings throughout North America on behalf of a wide range of public and private sponsors, and including several boutique properties. Prior to joining Citi in 2007, Mr. Bloom worked at BRT Realty Trust where he focused on the origination of commercial real estate bridge loans. Mr. Bloom earned a BS in Urban Studies from Cornell University.
