Philip Bates is the CEO of TMC Hospitality - a hospitality platform that develops hotels and manages brands (Bode and Drift) that live at the intersection of lifestyle hotels and Airbnb. Since its inception in 2017, TMC Hospitality has grown to 7 hotels and over $200M of real estate value. He is a partner at Tamarisc VC, a real estate tech venture capital fund and sits on the board of Linus Health, a digital brain health company.
