A little bit about Keith…

Keith Evans is Founder, CEO and Chairman of the Investment Committee of LHC. He has over 20 years of industry experience as a global real estate investor, asset manager, financier, C-suite and board member. Keith has transacted on over $4bn of hospitality real estate and M&A, having operated in over 25 countries across Europe, US and the Emerging Markets.

As Chief Investment & Development Officer for Ennismore, led the global investment, development and asset management of a $2bn diversified lifestyle real estate portfolio, corporate M&A activities including the landmark merger between Ennismore and Accor in 2021, and management platform expansion activities.

As Senior Vice President –European Hotel Acquisitions at Starwood Capital, led the firm’s European hospitality private equity investment activities and originated and realised some of the firms top performing hospitality investment transactions, including successful asset and portfolio real estate repositioning strategies.

As Vice President M&A at Kingdom Hotel Investments, co-led the groups M&A team overseeing a multi-billion dollar luxury and full service hotel real portfolio. At Invesco, was a founding team member of the hotel real estate fund management team working across both investments and asset management.
