Hubert Worrell

A little bit about Hubert…

As Chief Financial Officer of Castlerock Asset Management, Hubert Worrell has been building the financial framework behind Castlerock’s growing portfolio since 2016. In addition to overseeing the organization’s Finance, Accounting, Treasury Management, Lender Relations, Investor Relations, Taxes and Asset Management functions, Worrell was instrumental in the financing and development of The Westin Nashville and Bobby Nashville, led the financial efforts during the acquisition of The Westin Tampa Bay, implemented a new Business ERP in ProfitSword and led the company from a development/asset management model to a self-managed hotel model.  

Prior to joining Castlerock, Worrell was the Associate Vice President of Finance of Covenant Surgical Partners where he helped grow the humble medical startup into a 30-surgical-center powerhouse. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Worrell also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Outside of work, Worrell is actively involved with Nashville-based nonprofits such as 4:13 Strong which provides job training to at-risk men and The Joseph School, an organization that offers primary and secondary education to Haiti’s orphaned and disadvantaged youth. He lives with his wife and two young children in Nashville’s Oak Hill neighborhood.
