Held March 2020 in Los Angeles, CA, BLLA and StayBoutique powered the annual Female Empowerment Conference! The group is from a membership of more than 12,000 women globally who work in the travel, tourism, and hospitality industries. The minds behind these organizations are a Mother-Daughter Duo who have been rallying unique leaders for over a decade. This conference is not only addressing inclusivity, but also supporting a global platform to empower women and give them the necessary tools to thrive in their careers and in life.
