For already registered ticket holders

If I register for a ticket, am I confirmed to attend the digital summit?

No, your ticket is not confirmed until you download the event app (it is mobile and desktop friendly). Download it here. Please note you must use the email you registered with as it is email-sensitive due to it being a private, exclusive portal.

How do I access the desktop version of the app?

Click this link and click on the rectangle that says “web app".”

Where can I view all the panels and sessions?

ONLY on the app, can you view these under the feature “Agenda.” Download it here.

Will the sessions be recorded?

YES! You can re-watch all sessions until September 24, 2020.

How do I sign up for speed dating?

This is on a COMPLETELY separate platform than the event app. Use this link to sign up for all four virtual speed dating sessions.

Do I need to sign up for each speed dating session separately?

Yes.

I’m trying to login to the app but it won’t let me in! What’s happening?

The biggest perk of your ticket is getting access to your app-it’s an exclusive perk. Thus, it’s email-sensitive so you MUST only login using the email your registered with. If you do that, 100% you will be guaranteed access in if you registered before September 16 at 9 AM. If you registered afterwards, the team will be delayed in getting you access.

How do I sign up for Mentorship Circle sessions?

Use the link in the “agenda” feature. Those that signed up early will have first priority for asking questions, sign up forms are found here.

Will I be able to ask questions during the Mentorship Circle sessions?

Yes! It will be in a zoom meeting format, so the mentor will be able to see all participants. Everyone will be muted and will have to RAISE THEIR HAND (not actually raise their hand, but use the Zoom feature called “raise your hand”) for a BLLA Events team member to unmute them.

How can I access conference recordings after the conference?

All content will be up on the platform until Friday, September 24, 2020.

What time zone is the LIVE content in?

Pacific Standard Time.

How can I get the emails of attendees?

This will all depend on how engaged you are with the summit. Are you connecting with fellow attendees? Are you sending them message? Did you sign up to ALL virtual speed dating summit? Are you attending all the sessions and asking tons of questions? This is totally up to you.

Conferences

How can I register to attend the conferences?

Anyone can submit an application to attend the conference by completing the application forms.

Hotel, Concept and Vendor Members will automatically be excepted. 

If you are not a member, but you are a hotel-you can apply. If you are not a member, but you are a vendor, you must sponsor the conference. Email info@bllaevents.com to learn more about sponsorship & exhibiting.

How can I become a Member to get the discounted ticket?

You may apply to become an official member of BLLA whether you are a hotel, a hotel management company, a vendor or supplier or service provider, or a boutique hotel business such as restaurants, retail, wellness and more. Information and registration links are located here.

Who attends the conferences and digital forums?

Our conferences and digital forums include key decision makers in Boutique Hotels and Businesses. Each conference series has a specific demographic so please check the series page towards the top.

How can I become a sponsor or exhibitor at this event?

BLLA Events looks at each sponsorship or exhibiting request with the intention of making sure the vendors on-site have similar values to our members and audience. If you are interested, please email info@bllaevents.com.

What is the cancellation and refund policiy? Can I transfer my ticket?

There are no refunds for events unless the refund request is 60 days out from the event. However, you may transfer your ticket by within 3 weeks out of the event. We are extremely strict on these policies as we are a small organization and we price our conferences very reasonably as it is.

How do I contact the organizer about speaking opportunities?

We do not accept speaking requests as we keep everything extremely authentic and our speakers are selected through extensive research.

What is the conference attire?

You can wear a suit or you can wear Gucci’s latest sweat suit. We have a special love for those of you who have a cool sense of style! Comfort and style go hand-in-hand.

Will the panel sessions be available to view after the conference?

The Conferences will all be recorded, however, you need to be a member in order to view the individual sessions after the event. Overview sizzle reels of the conferences will be available publicly to everyone.

How do I obtain a press pass?

You must have published work within the last 3 months. Please send link to relevant articles, stories or reviews to info@bllaevents.com  to apply for a press pass. Please note that until your pass is approved, your registration will not be valid.
