A little bit about Todd…

Todd joined FOC as a Partner to oversee and expand the real estate division. After building a team and securing over 100,000 sq ft of retail leases, management agreements, and amenity programs across 15 states, he now oversees the organization as an advisory and real estate brokerage strategic leader. Todd's day to day includes working on development projects to master plan a program that differentiates the asset amongst its competitors. He has an active role in the development of the business.

Previous to FOC, Todd founded a hospitality advisory firm working with brands on growth, expansion, efficiency and compliance. For Ark Restaurant Corp, a publicly-traded organization, Todd supported success and led development and operations for multiple units. In 2003, Todd created and managed Pinch, Pizza by the Inch - an innovative offering ahead of its time.
