A little bit about Susan…

Susan Black is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur who provides senior management, eCommerce, customer experience and marketing strategy for global travel and travel technology brands. She has a distinguished career successfully launching travel businesses and reinvigorating established brands. Tapping into her network of 5,000+ travel and travel tech executives, she is able to quickly identify and connect relevant partners, investors and acquirers. She provides insights into the rapidly changing travel ecosystem and helps companies gain the intelligence and connections required to optimize commercial outcomes. Susan has held recent “C”-suite positions at CIE Tours International, Travel Impressions, CheapCaribbean.com and Liberty Travel/GOGO. She is the founder of TravelCom, the Executive Women’s Forum, Black & Wright and Susan Black Associates, which currently offers strategic business advisory and market intelligence in the travel, tourism and related technology industries. She is also founder and CEO of Wowzitude and Our Travel Circle, interactive “virtual vacation” B2B travel subscription services. Susan is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil degree in Architecture from University College London (UCL).
