A little bit about Regina…
Regina is the co-founder of Collective Work, a strategic insight consultancy that helps firms in design and hospitality understand and navigate changes in the tastes and values of the modern luxury consumer.
With over 20 years of experience in creating brands, products, communications, and experiences from the customer’s perspective, she honed her skills in customer insight, strategy, and brand at Apple, Booz, and Landor, and has advised companies and institutions ranging from megabrands Starwood, LEGO, Toyota, Nike, and Stanford to boutique modern luxury brands such as Heath, Sundance, Golden Door, Fyrn, clé, Refractory, and East Fork.
An early leader in the impact investing movement, she’s been an advisor to Good Capital, a first-of-its-kind impact investment fund; an organizer of the pioneering Social Capital Markets (SOCAP) conference; and a founding partner and board member of Social Venture Partners.
A noted speaker and writer, her work has been featured in the New York Times, Business of Home, Luxury Daily, LeanLuxe, San Francisco Chronicle, Agei.st, and elsewhere. Regina also serves on the BoutiqueStrong Council of the Boutique Lifestyle Leaders Association.
