A little bit about Jason…

Mr. Ourman is a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate Debt Group at Apollo and is primarily responsible for the origination and structuring of commercial real estate debt investments. Prior to joining Apollo, Mr. Ourman was a Managing Director and Head of Origination in the Real Estate Structured Finance Group at Bank of America covering commercial mortgage backed securities and balance sheet lending. Prior to that, Mr. Ourman was a Senior Vice President in the Global Real Estate Group at Lehman Brothers where he originated senior mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and bridge equity investments. Mr. Ourman also held positions at Rubenstein Partners, Jones Lang LaSalle and Ocwen Financial.

Mr. Ourman graduated from Brown University with a B.A. degree in Economics.
