Lauren Greene
Owner of The Grove Cafe & Market
A little bit about Lauren…
Graduating from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with Hospitality Management, Lauren Greene’s early career began in the hotel industry at luxury resorts in Las Vegas, Nevada and Scottsdale, Arizona. Her focus on elevating the guest experience and creating spaces that feel like home made it a natural transition into owning her first restaurant, The Grove Cafe & Market in New Mexico.
The Grove has become a beloved landmark in Albuquerque steeped in commitment and connection with the community, local farmers and fine foods. After 15 years of success owning and operating The Grove, Lauren branched out into hospitality consulting and served as Concept Developer of Sawmill Market, New Mexico’s first food hall, boasting 30,000 square feet of food, beverage and retail entertainment space.
Lauren’s passion for the hospitality industry continues to propel forward with her newest project, a partnership with Good Liquorworks. Their first launch, Good Vodka, is a carbon negative vodka made entirely from ripe, discarded coffee fruit.
Lauren’s love for the art of hospitality carries over into her home where she can be found entertaining friends, cutting fresh flowers from her garden and often styling her home to cater to those she loves. Currently, Lauren resides in Denver with her husband, children and two doodles.
