A little bit about Heidi…

Heidi Miersemann is an accomplished hospitality industry leader with over 25 years of experience. She has held senior sales, marketing, and operations roles with top brands including Hyatt, Hilton, and Starwood. Her career highlights include serving as Director of Sales and Marketing for luxury properties like The Westin Verasa Napa and the Hilton Sonoma Wine Country and Director of Sales, Events, and Marketing at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa. Currently, she is the general manager of Alila Napa Valley in St. Helena, California. Throughout her career, Miersemann has remained actively involved in industry organizations and continued her education and leadership development. She holds a degree in Organizational Communication, earned her CMP certification, and completed leadership programs with Starwood and Hyatt, for whom she received multiple awards. She has served on Convention and Visitors Bureau boards in Lake Tahoe, Sonoma County, and Napa Valley as well as on the board for Meeting Professionals International. Outside of work, she enjoys activities like cycling, hiking, and skiing.
