Beth Campbell is an award-winning architect and visionary leader in the industry. With nearly 30 years of global design experience, she just launched her own company, Campbell House.
Beth embraces the philosophy that a people-first mentality optimizes business performance and the human experience. Over her career, she has provided decisive, astute leadership on a global operational platform with an exceptional ability to navigate complex scenarios. Standing as a catalyst for change in her career, Beth has honed the ability to understand the opportunity for improvement, know her talent base, and then craft the optimum solution to improve the business. By focusing on the creation of the ideal work environment by empowering the front-line players, while simultaneously structuring a strong leadership team, she has found great success in various turn around settings.
Before Campbell House, Beth served as CEO of Wilson Associates, a top global interior design firm. Prior to Wilson, she was EVP and head of design for Westfield Corporation and spent 16 years at Gensler as a managing partner and global account director.
