A little bit about Allison…

Allison Callen is a Director of Investments at Global Holdings Management Group. Global Holdings is a private investment firm with companies operating across the United States, United Kingdom and Europe and has a portfolio consisting of over 10 million square feet of real estate, comprising over 120 properties and 2,500 hotel rooms.

In her role, Allison is involved in the company’s acquisition, development, and capital markets activities with a focus on US hotels. She was directly involved in the acquisition and repositioning of Lyle Washington DC and Riggs Washington DC. Allison also played a key role in the creation of the firm’s in-house hotel management company, Lore Group, which manages six hotels internationally.

Allison is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and a member of the Ye Hosts Honor Society, comprised of alumni graduating within the top 10% of their class.
