A little bit about Alexander…

Alexander RAE is Head of M&A at BEAUMIER (previously known as Les Hôtels d’En Haut), a French luxury-lifestyle hotel brand and operating platform, acquired by KSL Capital Partners in 2019.

Since Beaumier’s acquisition of three additional hotels in the South of France (Provence) in late 2020, the portfolio collection currently consists of eight recently renovated properties, located in affluent vacation destinations, with exceptional views, extraordinary surroundings, a connection to nature and anchored in the local culture. 

Our strategy is to continue acquiring and repositioning hotels across prime European vacation markets with a strong national and international demand.

Alexander has an all-rounded hotel transactions background, having spent the last 14-years specialising in hotel acquisitions, institutional leases, developments, feasibility studies, as well as hotel franchise and management contracts.
