A little bit about Alex…

Alex has over 18 years of experience in real estate and joined the San Francisco team from the CBRE London office in 2019. Prior to CBRE Hotels, Alex worked in the Cushman & Wakefield (DTZ) hotels team where he joined as an apprentice in 2006 and completed his degree in real estate at Kingston University.

In London Alex built up a niche of working with global high net worth capital which led to him working on projects in the Caribbean in addition to Europe. Since joining the US team based out of San Francisco Alex has continued this approach of working with high-net-worth capital, alongside specialist boutique investment and operator groups for transactions in California and Hawaii, with a particular focus on luxury boutique and experiential real estate.
