REGISTRATION QUESTIONS
Who is considered for a “hotel” registration ticket?
Any person who works directly in a hotel or through their corporate office (i.e. hotel Owners, CEOs, General Managers, Directors and such). Your email’s domain name must be that of the hotel’s to get this ticket rate. Register here.
Who is considered for a “partner/vendor” registration ticket?
Any person who works with a vendor, supplier or service provider in the global Boutique Hospitality space (i.e. technology providers, linen suppliers, design firms, hotel management companies, investment firms, financial institutions, digital marketing, PR firms and such), travel-related suppliers such as airline, car rental, destination, etc. Register here.
Who is considered for a “student” registration ticket?
Any full-time student who does not have a full-time job. To qualify, you must have proof of your school schedule and your email’s domain name must be that of the school’s to get this ticket rate. Inquire here.
Who is considered for a “press” registration ticket?
Any journalist who has written at least 3 relevant articles about the Hospitality/Design/Travel/Real Estate space in the past 30 days. Journalists must agree to cover content of the event as well as discuss BLLA initiatives in all content. Inquire here.
I’m a BLLA member. Do I get a discount?
Yes! All current BLLA members get pre-approval for the discount. Just click the “member” option when you register.

What should I expect after I purchase a ticket?
After you purchase a ticket, you will be subscribed to receive all event updates to ensure you can take advantage of all the ticket perks.
What if I want to purchase a ticket as a gift for a friend or colleague or buy a group package?
We can accommodate both of those requests! Inquire here.
HEALTH & SAFETY/REFUND QUESTIONS
What are the safety protocols BLLA Events is taking to ensure we keep the attendees and staff safe?
We are continuing to follow all state and city guidelines for events in Los Angeles.
I am sick and can no longer attend the physical event, will I receive a refund or credit for my ticket?
Tickets to BLLA events are refundable until September 11, 2023 (no exceptions). They can be transferred to another person by October 1, 2023 (no exceptions). You will still gain access to the online event portal and recordings to panels for 30 days after the conference.
What happens if a change in government rules prevents me from traveling to or within the conference destination, or forces BLLA Events to cancel the in-person event?
We will continue to follow any government regulations and if conditions do not allow us to proceed with an event, we will be in communication with all registered attendees on the next steps.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets to BLLA events are refundable until September 10, 2023 (no exceptions). They can be transferred to another person by October 1, 2023 (no exceptions).

How long will all the stage sessions be up on the platform?
Until November 25, 2023 at 7:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. BLLA Members get extended access on-demand after they login to the Member Portal.
How can I be considered to contribute as a speaker?
Speakers are by invitation, however, we invite you to contact us for further information at info@bllaevents.com. Speakers must be official BLLA members, you can become a member here.
SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITING QUESTIONS
How can I sponsor and exhibit at the conference?
You can inquire here for sponsoring. Note we do not offer exhibit space. Please describe your involvement in the Hospitality space and your goals with sponsoring/exhibiting. If we determine your company is a good fit, we will be in touch with options for your sponsorship with exhibit space.
What types of companies can sponsor?
We accept hotels, hotel collections, development groups, construction companies, travel groups, design firms, F&B suppliers, technology companies and all types of businesses involved in the global sector.

What is the dress code?
Business casual. We love anything from jeans and cowboy boots to a sequined suit. Take your picking!
