Frequently Asked Questions
2022 Boutique Hotel Investment Conference
TECHNOLOGY & DAY OF QUESTIONS
How do I access the app?
All verified attendees who have registered can enter the app using this link. This is EMAIL-SENSITIVE! You MUST log in with the mail you registered with. If you are unsure of which email you used, please check your confirmation email.
When I click the link, it won’t upload the virtual hub. What do I do?
In this case, download the Socio app on your phone. Then search for “BLLA Investment” and you should see the right virtual hub pop up called “2022 Boutique Hotel Investment Conference.” Again, this is EMAIL-SENSITIVE. You cannot enter this exclusive platform unless you use the EXACT same email your registered with.
I’m lost in how to navigate the app. I need some guidance?
Please watch our tutorial here.
How do I enter the Plaza Hotel Grand Ballroom?
Please watch our video here.
Can I bring my colleagues as guests?
This is an intimate conference, very unlike the massive conferences our industry is used to. With that being said, we cannot comp additional tickets. This also creates a better environment where everyone equally contributed to gain access. We kindly ask that you be respectful to BLLA Events and understand that there are hard costs on us, even more so coming out of the pandemic. If you know of any students or aspiring hoteliers, invite them to apply for our scholarship program!
I know Fran and Ariela! They’re my friends. So, you’ll give me a free ticket right?
We don’t play like that. We’re fair to our friends, our members and our community. Please register like everyone else (if we even have a seat left). And please do not be rude to our registration team, we have zero-tolerance for that.
